Objective analysis doesn´t happen in front of mirror. Human is blind to evaluate him/herself objectively, so are organizations.

Eventually change happens after very long and hard work. But at the end of the rainbow is the ultimate treasure or reward. Development is not waste of money but investment for the future.Strategies are not slideshows. They are human interactions in day to day life. Strategy simply gives the direction but doesn't conclude any business deals by itself.
